You Want to Lose 50+ Pounds

But it’s not just about the weight…

You want to feel like you again.

You want to smile at your reflection.

You want to look in the mirror, like what you see, and feel proud of the person staring back at you.

You want to feel amazing in your clothes.

You want to open your closet and smile, knowing everything not only fits, but feels like you.

You want to feel confident in your skin.

You want to walk into a room with your head held high — knowing you belong and embracing being seen.

You want to do more — and feel better doing it.

You want to reclaim your energy.

You want to keep up with the people and activities that matter to you, and still have energy left for yourself.

You want to feel comfortable in your body.

You want to move through the world with ease — from walking up stairs to sliding into a restaurant booth.

You want to say “yes” to life!

You want to travel, attend events, step into photos, even take that dip in the pool — fully present and making memories.

But you don’t want to count calories — or give up your favorite foods to get there.

Hi there! I’m Stephanie.

And you’re in just the right place.

No diets.

I’m so glad you’re here.

My story started at weight loss camp.

I worked as a Behavior Change Specialist at an adult weight-loss camp.

There, I met incredible people who had tried everything to lose weight:

  • Diets

  • Surgery — sometimes more than once

  • Medications

  • Even having their jaw wired shut

Was this finally the answer?

They packed their bags and put their lives on hold for 10 weeks of summer.

They hoped this full-time commitment to weight loss would finally be the answer.

And I understood why.

After trying everything else, this had to be it — right?

What kept me up at night…

As the weeks went by, I realized the people I’d grown to care about were headed home unprepared.

Yes, camp helped them lose weight.

Yes, it gave them hope.

But…

Camp was nothing like real life.

It was structured.

Predictable.

Controlled.

Back home? Still the same.

The same schedules.

The same environments.

The same struggles.

Everything that made weight loss feel impossible before would still be there — waiting.

Real life doesn’t care that you started a weight loss program.

Willpower still flies out the window.

At camp, the lodging didn’t have kitchens. In real life, there’s a tub of ice cream in the freezer and an inner voice whispering, “You’ve had a long day. You deserve it.

Takeout is still convenient and tempting.

At camp, meals were prepared and served on a schedule. In real life, meetings run late, energy runs low, and fast food feels like the only way to survive the night.

Exercise is still easier said than done.

At camp, the day revolved around exercise. In real life, workouts compete with sleep, family time, or the only night available to relax and unwind in front of the TV.

Motivation still comes and goes.

At camp, everyone was working toward the same goal. In real life, getting healthy can mean being the only person eating a salad, going for a walk, or setting an early alarm.

The struggles are real.

The weekends that derail your progress.

The cookie that turns into ten.

The cruel inner voice that won’t let up.

Habits feel impossible to break.

Old patterns pull you back.

Hidden triggers influence your choices.

Learned behaviors feel automatic.

This is where I can help.

I help you break old habits and build new ones that actually stick.

So you can lose weight — and keep it off.

For good.

You don’t need more discipline or willpower.

You need a different approach — one that actually fits your life.
